I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 17 years of practice experience.
Aline has extensive therapeutic training in EMDR Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis Level I, Polyvagal Theory, Ego State Therapy, and Mentalization.
Shad’e Pinkins has worked in community based, school-based, and child welfare services, working with various populations experiencing homelessness and/or at risk such as transitional age youth, foster youth, adults, children and families.

Charlie (she/her) has taught yoga for 10 years. Specializing in Trauma Informed yoga, she has experience teaching veterans, first responders, people with PTSD, brain injuries and amputees and offers more generalized studio classes.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths throughout counseling. We achieve this by providing a nonjudgemental safe space, listening to your concerns, and focusing on your treatment goals in therapy.
Our goal in therapy is to help you capitalize off of your strengths, grow and heal from pain, to improve functioning, quality of life, and to help you and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
